Interlock is a long established (since 1977) EFAP provider with a reputation for integrity and quality of service. We currently provide EFAP services to more than 350 organizations across Canada.

Experience
Interlock provides a highly qualified, experienced multi-disciplinary counselling team, comprised of registered psychologists, registered social workers, registered clinical counsellors, and addictions specialists, all with ten or more years of counselling experience.

Quality
Interlock's Quality Assurance Program ensures strict adherence to exemplary standards of practice and client satisfaction. Interlock holds full accreditation from the Employee Assistance Society of North America (EASNA) , an international accrediting body. Accreditation is reserved for those EAPs that demonstrate they meet or exceed the highest standards for EAP operations, services and ethics.

Accessibility
We do not allow waiting lists and provide immediate access to our services. Counselling is available for your employees and their immediate families no matter where they live.
