Paula Cayley is a senior business leader and a change management professional who understands the issues and challenges that organizations face. She has been President & CEO of Interlock since 1999. A Registered Social worker, Ms. Cayley is a member of EAPA (Employee Assistance Professionals Association), a member of the Executive on the Board of EASNA (The Employee Assistance Society of North America) and the Vancouver Board of Trade. She is also involved in the B.C. Business and Economic Roundtable on Addiction and Mental Health.
